Immediately following the morning session of the SBC, NOBTS Alums and Friends will gather for their annual luncheon. The luncheon is always a great time of fellowship and reunion, and will include a message from Dr. Chuck Kelley. Tickets will be $12 at the booth.

Ministry Enrichment Opportunities for Alums

NOBTS desires to provide the best possible resources for our alums to effectively minister in the 21st century. We understand that a rapidly changing world requires continual learning even beyond graduation.  

Several of the seminary's departments and centers are preparing conferences and seminars for you to strengthen your skills and enrich your ministry.

Alumni Travel with a Purpose - Study Trips Abroad

This coming academic year will provide tremendous opportunities for mission and study trips abroad for our seminary family. Alums are encouraged to participate. A limited number of spots are available for alums. Participating on such trips allows our alums to interact with our first class faculty and students, as well as help our student keep trip cost to a minimum. 

Mission and Study Trips Planned for 2004-2005 are: Reformation Cities, Israel (full), Tunisia and Algeria, Indonesia, Moscow and Russia, and Romania. Others maybe added. For more information go to: http://www.nobts.edu/alumni/alumnitravel.shtm

Prayer Need - Summer Missions

The Summer months will have NOBTS students and faculty traveling abroad to do missions and study. Please pray for the students and faculty that will be participating.  Destinations include: Oxford University, Wycliffe Hall - July 5-18, 2004   Faculty sponsor: Dr. Bob Stewart; Romania Missions - July 8-20, 2004   Faculty Sponsor: Dr. Phillip Pinckard; Greece Olympic Trip - August 10 - 21, 2004   Faculty Sponsor: Dr. Endel Lee.

Also, over 2,000 youth and sponsor will participate in MissionLab New Orleans this summer. Please pray for their ministry and witness in our city.
