- Enter in your information (Note: Fields with a red asterisk are required fields.)
- Click Request Account
Now login to IQWeb using your new Login ID and password. Make note of your Login ID and password for use in the future. - Click on "Inquiry to Request Catalog and Application Information" from the menu on the left of the screen.
- You will receive an email shortly after you have requested a catalog. This email will contain directions on how to access our online application.
