Important Housing Policies and Information Form 

If you are planning to vacate your dorm or apartment you will need to fill out a vacating notice letting us know when you are planning on moving out. Students living in the dorms will need to give a 14 calendar day notice, and students living in a apartment will need to give a 30 calendar day notice. If you do not give proper notice you will be required to pay rent for the days that you did not give notice for and you will forfeit the refundable portion of your housing deposit.

On the day you move out you will need to fill out a check out form and turn in your keys. You are welcome to do this either in our office or at the guard shack. You also can fill out a check out form online and drop off your keys either in our office drop box, or at the guard shack. Please make sure to remove all trash and personal belongings. Failure to leave your housing unit in a proper condition will result in the loss of the refundable portion of your housing deposit and possibly additional charges.
