Bio

Jong Gil Lee’s research and writing have focused on Homiletics, Expository Preaching, and History of Preaching. He is most interested in how contemporary preaching should be shaped by the biblical text through sound hermeneutics according to the historical and evangelical understanding of the preaching texts. His recent research has centered on Homiletics. He is the author of Stephen F. Olford: Evangelistic Expository Preaching. He has recently translated Experiencing Ministry Supervision, A Field-Based Approach by William Pile and Mary Alice Seals into Korean. In his more than twenty five years of ministry experience, he has served as young adult minister, pastor, and conference speaker. He and his wife, Aerhan, have three children.
