Bio

Ken Taylor's research and writing has focused on cross-cultural missions, disaster relief, and urban ministry. Taking students on short-term mission trips has been a real interest and practice of his. He has presented a number of times at meetings of the Evangelical Missiological Society. He is the co-editor of Etiquette and Taboos around the World: A Geographic Encyclopedia of Social and Cultural Customs. In his more than thirty-five years of ministry experience, he has served as an associate pastor and then pastor in New Orleans. He and his wife, Sheila, have four children and two grandchildren.
