Offices Closed and Class Meetings Cancelled: Tuesday, January 21, 2025 - All offices will be closed and class meetings will be cancelled on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, in preparation of impending winter weather. Primarily online courses (traditional online, mentoring, Prepare Here Weekend Hybrids) will proceed as normal. A decision concerning Wednesday, January 22nd will be forthcoming in the upcoming days.
Almost one-third of the approximately $24 million annual Seminary budget is provided by the SBC Cooperative Program. The support of the Cooperative Program is an annual allocation equal to the income of over $100 million of endowment. The Cooperative Program is the financial lifeline of the seminary.
Total Seminary endowment is about $64 million, including about $20 million in the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary endowment and about $20 million in the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary Foundation endowment. For more information, contact the Office of Institutional Advancement .
