The 2018 Dig Season for New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary will be unique. The excavation staff and volunteers will actually work on several different sites this summer include Tel Gezer and Tel Hadid.

This summer marks the ninth and final season of the Tel Gezer Water System Expedition sponsored by the Moskau Institute at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and the Israel Nature and Park Authority. Soon leaders of the excavation will begin the process of interpreting and publishing the findings from the excavation.

This summer also marks the first season of the Tel Hadid Expedition sponsored by the Moskau Institute at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and Tel Aviv University. We will share more about the exciting history of this beautiful location as the summer unfolds.
