The are two main differences between Oaks Apartments and Grace/Mississippi/Florida. The 2nd and 3rd floor Oaks apartments have balconies. Grace/MS/FL floor layout provides a window view from both sides of the apartment so that the kitchen and bathrooms also have windows.
